1. Activities (including but not limited to) bushcraft, fire activities, rope work, foraging, wood carving, knife skills, axe skills, saw skills, shelter building, archery and axe throwing are dangerous with inherent risks, which you must acknowledge and accept. Taking part in these activities can cause serious injury or death.
2. Should you have an accident, of any description whatsoever whilst taking part in any activity with us, you will not be covered under our personal injury insurance. If you wish to be insured for personal accident and injury, you must obtain your own insurance BEFORE taking part in any activity.
3. By signing and accepting these conditions of use you acknowledge:
a. That there is no form of personal accident insurance cover provided by us
b. That you undertake any adventurous activity entirely at your own risk
4. You accept that you, or anybody acting on your behalf (to include your relatives and/or your beneficiaries), will not make or attempt to make any claim against us should accident, injury or death occur.
You also undertake and confirm that:
1. You will abide by the rulings set out for any of the activities on site.
2. You have no known medical impairment or reason why you should not be able to undertake any activity safely.
3. You will wear protective equipment as set out by instructors which is provided at all times.
4. You will follow instructions from staff immediately and without question.
5. You are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
6. You will treat all equipment with the utmost respect.
7. You will respect other people taking part in other activities at all times.
8. We accept no liability for any injury, loss or damage caused to persons or possessions on these premises to include the car park, changing rooms, kitchen, toilets and any activity areas.
9. You will be held liable for any damage caused to any equipment (and any associated costs and losses arising from damage) during your session.
10. We reserve the right to refuse any person from taking part in any adventurous activity, and we reserve the right to immediately terminate your session at any time without providing a reason or a refund.
11. We are not liable for any third party costs you may incur, such as accommodation, travel & transport, food or any other expenses.
12. We try to provide as much notice as possible in the event that we have to cancel a booking, however the activities are often weather dependent, so in some instances, we may have to cancel with little to no notice.
13. Should we cancel an event, a full refund will be issued.
14. Should you wish to cancel your booking, tickets are 100% refundable before the 30th day prior to the start of the event, 50% refundable from 30th day prior to the event to the 15th day prior to the event and non-refundable from the 14th day prior to the event.
15. Should you be asked to leave an activity due to behaviour, no refunds will be issued.
